Context
The FCA has reminded firms that the final date where it allowed reporting deadline flexibility was 30th September 2020.
Key points to note
- All regulatory returns scheduled for submission from 1st October 2020 should be submitted by their usual deadlines
- Administrative fees have now been reinstated for any late submissions
