Context
The LIIBA has initiated a fresh campaign to increase awareness of diversity and inclusion initiatives in the London insurance market. The stated mission is to increase diversity and inclusion within the London insurance market through practical initiatives with partners to make insurance a first-choice career for people from a wide variety of backgrounds. The campaign aims to showcase the breadth of opportunities available by providing the framework for firms of all sizes to make a positive change.

- ‘Belonging@LIIBA’ will bring together a range of initiatives targeting younger people and those from less advantaged backgrounds by providing them with access to the London insurance market and the professional roles it offers.
- The three initiatives currently featured on the ‘Belonging@LIIBA’ page are specific to LIIBA and seek to provide opportunities for its member firms of all sizes to become involved and support one or more of these. They include a new programme from The Prince’s Trust called ‘Get Into Insurance’, aimed at 18-30 year olds.
