- The FOS received 38,470 new complaints in Q2, up from 35,029 new complaints in April – June (Q1) and continued to uphold 34% of complaints in the consumers’ favour.
- The FOS also provide an update on complaints about funeral plans, noting that the majority of such complaints relate to mis-selling due to lack of clarity on what the plan covered.
