Context
UKGI, as a member of the Association of Professional Compliance Consultants (APCC), has been informed that the FCA will be repeating its financial resilience survey for a third time, to enable further understanding of the change in firms’ financial positioning over time. The survey has helped the FCA obtain an accurate view of the impact of coronavirus and the support required to mitigate the risk of harm to consumers, the market and competition within it.
Key points to note
- The survey will be emailed to relevant firms between 8th and 15th February 2021.
- Completion of the survey is mandatory.
- Firms are advised to ensure the email comes from FCA@fcanewsletters.org.uk or an @fca.org.uk address.
Next actions
Firms should ensure they complete the survey, which consists of 10 questions, and return it by the deadline date specified.
