Context
The FCA has repurposed its Covid-19 Impact Survey, which has become the Financial Resilience Survey. A number of firms will be asked to complete this survey to help the FCA to understand how the current financial climate is impacting FCA solo-regulated firms.
Key points to note
The FCA is planning to send this survey to relevant firms in Tranche 1 on one of the following dates:
- Batch 1: to be sent on 7th February 2023 – response due by 28th February 2023
- Batch 2: to be sent on 8th February 2023 – response due by 1st March 2023
- Batch 3: to be sent on 9th February 2023 – response due by 2nd March 2023
- Batch 4: to be sent on 10th February 2023 – response due by 3rd March 2023
And to firms in Tranche 2 on the following dates:
- Batch 1: to be sent on 14th February 2023 – response due by 7th March 2023
- Batch 2: to be sent on 15th February 2023 – response due by 8th March 2023
- Batch 3: to be sent on 16th February 2023 – response due by 9th March 2023
- Batch 4: to be sent on 17th February 2023 – response due by 10th March 2023
Firms in the Temporary Permissions Regime and Supervisory Run-off Regime can expect to receive this same survey, based on the same timeline above.
