Context
The FCA has updated its Skilled Persons Reviews web page to include the recently published data relating to Q4 2023/24 (so January to March 2024). It has also updated the Skilled Persons Panel document.
Key points to note and next actions
- In Q4 2023/24 the FCA commissioned 27 S.166 Skilled Persons Reports, but none of them were in the General Insurance and Protection sectors.
- Of the 27 commissioned Reports, 12 related to controls and risk management frameworks.
