- Nine performance metrics are ‘green’, six ‘amber’ and none ‘red’.
- The ‘amber’ metrics include AR-related Approved Persons, new firm authorisations, and changes in control.
- For any metric where there are two determination periods (for complete or incomplete applications) there is no breakdown of performance in relation to complete or incomplete.
