Context
The FCA has issued a reminder about systems outages following its earlier communication on 26th October.
Key points to note
- The FCA will incrementally publish Directory Persons data from solo-regulated firms from 14th December. In preparation for this, there will be outages for the following systems effective from 6pm on 11th December until 8am on 14th December 2020.
- Financial Services Register;
- The Application Programming Interface (API); and
- Connect – in addition, the FCA will be restricting Directory Persons submissions via Connect from 5pm on Thursday, 10th December.
- Outage notification messages will be added to Connect (Log-in page and ‘Latest News’ section in the application), API and the FS Register.
