The FCA has updated its web page in relation to its Consultation Paper CP23/21 about consumer credit product sales data reporting. This is of direct relevance to consumer credit lending firms.

- The Consultation concerns the proposed introduction of three product sales data returns.
- The update is to include links to three data flow diagrams, which have been prepared as a visual representation aid to assist consultees to better understand the proposals set out in CP 23/21 and to facilitate informed responses to the consultation (sales data flow diagram; performance data flow diagram; and backbook data flow diagram).
