Context
The FCA is aware some users’ period end dates are incorrect. The reports have been incorrectly scheduled with the period end 28/08/2023 instead of 31/08/2023, the FCA are looking to implement a fix as soon as possible.
Also Data Reference Guides have recently been published on its resources page, the REP024 (Financial Promotions – Aggregated Biannual Return) – Version 1.0 and REP025 (On-going Reporting by Principal Firms on Their Appointed Representatives). The FCA has published a minor version change to the Data Definition (v1.5) and re-published new versions of the schema (XSD), sample XMLs and excel template. The FCA asks firms to please disregard any previous versions that you may have previously downloaded from the Resources page.
Key points to note
- The FCA asks that in the meantime please do not submit any reports with the incorrect period end of 28/08/2023.
